This project was for a proposed 74 bedroom Travelodge hotel and an A3 unit on land to the South of Alexandra Lake Lakeside West Thurrock. Novated to Marshalls Construction SKD were commissioned to prepare the detailed working drawing liaise with the members of both the design and client team and provide on site assistance.
The building has a Travelodge entrance to the eastern end of the building providing access to two lifts and the main staircase leading up to the reception Bar Café and back of house facilities at first floor and then 21 bedrooms on each of the 3 floors above that level. On the ground and mezzanine level there is an A3 retail unit which is to be built to shell only for fit out by the end user.
