The project was for a new build 101 bedroom Travelodge on a former office site in the centre of Harrow. The project was taken from initial feasibility, through the Planning process including detail negotiations with the local authority and GLA through to being novated to the main contractor providing full working drawings, on site assistance and acting as the Principle Designer. The design was tailored to suit the wide and shallow shaped site, comprising of two, three and four storeys stepped to maintain rights of light to the properties to the rear. authority and the GLA.
