This project consisted of the construction of a central two storey front facing gable extension creating a double height space to the entrance, two storey hipped side extension to both sides of property, two storey rear gable extension creating the master bedroom over the family lounge and modern flat roof extension incorporating sliding doors creating a large kitchen family dining space. The main roof was raised by 300mm to facilitate a loft conversion with 2 no rear facing dormer creating two further bedrooms within the roof. The works also included the erection of a treble garage and associated landscaping.
