This project was to provide additional storage space, office and retail space as well as modernizing the existing facilities and provide secure storage for the McEvoy and Rowley. The property was extended to the right hand side providing full height vehicle storage and loading bay and to extend to the rear at first floor level over the existing warehouse providing a mezzanine floor for storage with a new pitched roof over the property finished in Eternit slates.
